Sent a message via their system days ago with no response.
Can't find an email and the only phone number listed online is not in service.

I paid for an item (almost £200 and my sons main birthday present) on Dec 1st. Page said delivery within 2 to 3 working days.

Its still not been dispatched and just got an email saying 'order update' Much relief until i opened to see 'we know its late, we will let you know when its dispatched'

My sons birthday is the 20th. 😔

Are they part of THG? I’ve learned the hard way to avoid any of their companies unless I feel like taking an expensive gamble.

I think that’s the company I bought something for my daughter, it arrived about a year later!!

Thankyou, Im not sure a letter would even be acknowledged or be able to help in the time frame.

Still no response from them.

I checked and it actually says next day delivery for that item and they are still selling it as that now!

Did you ever get anywhere with zavvi?we now have a Christmas present fail and looks from the trustpilot reviews everyone else does too!

Fortunately it arrived a couple of days ago. I got an email saying it had been dispatched on the 18th but it hadn't, they had just made a shipping label. It finally dispatched on the 21st and arrived the next day via RM.

I'm sorry yours didnt arrive in time. I won't be using them again.
