Been battling for days and this is my xmas order so am stressed. When I click on the "amend this order button" it doesn't take me to my basket for that order. Just takes me to a new, empty basket and advises me to start shopping/book a slot.
Tried on my ipad, pc and phone and also the app. Same on all of them. I have logged out and back in.
I have emailed Sainsburys who seem flummoxed and don't seem to be able to help.
