Party tmrw - someone trying to come last min

It's my daughters 6th birthday party tomorrow and I sent out invitations in October knowing that people plan things at weekends especially with Christmas looming. I asked for RSVPs to come back by mid November as the party venue like to know numbers ASAP. I've just had a message from one of the invited kids mums saying she can come tomorrow. I can't make amendments to the booking or extra party bag goodies that late notice. I replied but she hasn't read the message. What do I do if she just turns up??

I doubt she will but if she does, just tell her you can’t accommodate. Is it something you pay for per child?

call first thing tomorrow. Stress that it is far too late to make changes. Stay firm.

If she does show up? sorry can't come in

Doesn't help you for this party but something I read on here was to leave out a vital piece of info on invitations so that people have to reply in order to attend.

Very rude of them to ignore the invitation for weeks and then drop it on you like that.

You’ve done the right thing, you gave plenty of notice and you’ve replied to her message. If she has the brass neck to turn up anyway and has to be refused entry, then the embarrassment, inconvenience and upset child is all on her.
