Just wondering if anyone has any ideas how I can get it back in action. We had a planned electricity power cut a couple of days ago and when I tried to print last night I got nothing. Looked on Youtube and followed instructions to try and restart, lights worked and some technical stuff appeared. I've plugged and unplugged multiple times including the PC. This has happened before but I think I restarted it following a really simple link but can't find that now. Anyone any tips so I can give it one last chance. A new printer is not at the top of my santa wishlist!
