Why can’t you sleep?

anyone else unable to sleep?

I finished nightshift this morning and only slept for 2 hours… had a busy day getting all the housework done in the hope of get a decent sleep tonight but here I am wide awake, too warm and showing no signs of falling asleep any time soon!

Oh @Tofu35I hope you are Ok and get sorted soon. I have just been there myself. Awful flare of my ulcerative colitis. “Rushed” through A&E (7 hours instead of the general 17.5) to then be sat on a chair in the corridor for a further 23 hours waiting for a bed. Finally got one at 10pm last night. It was carnage.

But now I am awake with pain, constant toilet trips, the noise of the ward and steroid induced insomnia.

I'm sorry you can't sleep, why do you think your pancreas is unhappy from lack of food? Mine doesn't like it when I eat too much (normal amounts)

Well I’m still here and it’s now 06.20 so my chances of getting any more sleep are now 0. So off I go with a lovely 2.5 hours sleep. 🙄

Worried that patience will be in short supply today….

Same @kersh33 I’ve got a job interview at 2 by which time I will have been awake for 12 hours. I don’t think I will be at my sparkling best.
Hope everyone else managed some sleep and that any of you with medical things for themselves or children get good news soon x
