I have two outstanding orders. One from the 26th which according to SB is en route but the courier tracking says they are waiting to receive it. The other (which was a next day delivery) has had a delivery exception at the hub - WTF does that even mean?
It's not the first time either, they really need to get their shit together when it comes to dispatch and delivery. Customer service is hopeless too - automated bot which doesn't understand the problem and then dumps you with no alternative way to resolve the problem. If you send a message, it takes them forever to get back to you by which time whatever you ordered is no longer available so they can't replace it.
Anyone else have these issues or am I just really unlucky?
