Morning MN,

Does anyone have the eufy Omni C20, Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop please? On offer. It's such a lot of money though! We have lots of hard floors and the kitchen floor could appreciate the mopping. I never spend money like this but would be so helpful if does the job. Bought a crap £100 (non eufy) one years ago that was useless.

Thanks!

No idea sorry but ordered it yesterday…this was off the back of good reviews on here.
i figure it can’t be worse than my current situation of not enough mopping!

lostmywayrightnow · 01/12/2025 08:41

Thanks @BamberGirl , my thoughts too. Right, I am doing it....

Mine had a tiny box to tick for an extra £50 off so look for that

I've just bought it on BF deal, not got to know it enough yet, but seems fine. Same logic - better than me mopping incompetently once a year.....think i will give the worst bits a manual wipe and then it can maintain.....the dirty water tank was properly dirty....

I have one- I loved it but after 11 months the mop part stopped working. I’ve been put through it by their customer service- they seem to hope that if the return /assessment is hard enough I won’t persist and let them keep my money.

I don’t recommend it

BamberGirl · 04/12/2025 16:32

@lostmywayrightnow
has it arrived?
I am in love with mine so far, it’s a game changer for me!

BamberGirl · 04/12/2025 16:33

@MsMartiniMine is truly vile too!

PineappleCoconut · 04/12/2025 17:08

I love mine
I do still have to mop every so often as it’s not great on muddy footprints from the garden.
And you have to empty the dirty water tank frequently or it starts to stink.

Think I paid just over £300 earlier in the year.

I don't have that one but I have one that mops.

I love love love it as a sweeper, but unless I'm doing something wrong I don't love the mopping. It seems to make everything very wet, even on the lowest setting, and just smears dirty water about, even if I wash the "mop" after every use.

lostmywayrightnow · 05/12/2025 12:59

@BamberGirl , yes I have it now. Also love mine, the floors were grim. Really glad I got it now. Thank you!

@Bookpage , the C20 goes back to its stand and washes the mops itself, dries them, then sets off again. Takes ages (or maybe my floors especially mucky). I had a lots of fun watching it the first time 😀

I do like it - but, I've had to remove some rugs (that were on a heated floor, so I couldn't really tape down), and it still catches its mops on other rugs.

It's not very good at the edges, I have to run the hoover round those myself - but TBH, I'll take it as an upgrade on my old eufy (just hoover, about 10 years old, bumbled around rather than planned and executed) because the water it's mopping up, despite going round every day, is filthy, so I can only imagine how dirty my floors used to be when I basically just mopped once a year!

It's also easier to find if it's gone out and about and got wedged under the settee.

I like it so much that once I've got the upstairs under control, I'm considering getting a second one for upstairs (currently horrible old carpet, planning to replace with nice thick laminat)

I bought a Vactidy model 3 years in and it’s still brilliant. Powerful and mops and about a quarter of that price
