I have been noticing lately that my evenings just vanish. I finish work, deal with dinner, sort the kids, tidy up a bit, and suddenly it is somehow bedtime. I sit down for what feels like two minutes and the whole day is gone.
I always tell myself I will read a book or watch something or just relax, but by the time I finally get a moment I am already half asleep. It makes me wonder if anyone actually gets real downtime in the evenings or if we are all just running on low battery until morning.
