I ideally need to lose 2 stone, I keep seeing others losing weight and looking really good but I don’t want it to consume me, I want an ideal quick work out in the morning and then walk and healthy eating ie cut the junk food out ( that’s my main food at the moment junk food ) is that enough to lose weight ? It seems nowadays it’s all about the Mj jab and I cannot go down that route ! By work out I was thinking yoga or Pilates ?
