What’s the best way for me to achieve this ?

I ideally need to lose 2 stone, I keep seeing others losing weight and looking really good but I don’t want it to consume me, I want an ideal quick work out in the morning and then walk and healthy eating ie cut the junk food out ( that’s my main food at the moment junk food ) is that enough to lose weight ? It seems nowadays it’s all about the Mj jab and I cannot go down that route ! By work out I was thinking yoga or Pilates ?

Losing weight is mostly about what you eat. Being active and exercising is good for you in other ways.

Change what you eat. Establish healthier eating habits, eg, not too carb heavy (rethink your portion sizes, a portion of chips is a lot smaller than you'd think!), more protein, some fat, all the green veg your heart could desire, some fruit.

Eat as early as possible in the evening and if you feel hungry later, just have a herbal/decaf tea, non-alcoholic drink or sip water.
Learn to enjoy feeling hungry before bed, you will burn calories whilst asleep and won't even feel hungry in the morning.

I think you might need something a bit more energetic than yoga or pilates to lose 2 stone. But I might be wrong. Also weights. Buy some dumbbells
