I used Symprove for 4 months and yes, I downed it in one go. Too revolting to sip it!

fantafantastico · 22/11/2025 14:47

Yes. I like those chocolate ones

Eggybreadwithnuts · 22/11/2025 14:48

Symprove is probiotics. So you take one a day on an empty stomach. I don't know about the zoe one.

fantafantastico · 22/11/2025 15:06

Maybe you could have it daily but first take one and see how your gut reacts? or have one every couple of days.

Eggybreadwithnuts · 22/11/2025 17:22

@fantafantastico what will my gut do? I mean will I notice something?

OP posts:
Eggybreadwithnuts · 22/11/2025 20:04

Anyone else take these?

The M&S website describes them as a daily shot drink so yeah, I’d drink it all in one go.

Arlanymor · 22/11/2025 20:08

As with any other drinks that are shots - down in one.

Eggybreadwithnuts · 22/11/2025 20:19

I cant really afford one a day...bugger

Get the probiotic tablets, much cheaper. However I’ve never noticed any difference taking them so stopped taking them after a while.

might lets say speed up your bowel movement or something? I think it varies from person to person.

Tablets made me sicky before.

I just want to boost my immune and wellbeing systems after a year of a few illness, latter being flu that wiped me off my feet!

I eat alot of natural live plain yoghurt wondering if that is just as good

Taking high strength vitamin D had done more for me than any probiotic.

I take 4000iu a day and this is the first autumn I haven't had a chest infection in 5yrs.

Hi, would you mind sharing a link please? I’m very interested in this! Thanks.

Justputsomeyoghurtonit · 23/11/2025 15:42

@alatusblack a link to what? You mean the tablets? They are just from nutri-geeks

HelloCharming · 24/11/2025 21:57

Make sauerkraut and eat that instead. A jar made from one cabbage will last you 2 weeks and cost about £2 to make.
