How to attach tinsel and pom poms to tshirt

I need to attach tinsel around the neck and sleeves of a tshirt and then stick some Pom Poms all over it.

What would be the best way of attaching them?

Hot glue? Super glue? Sew the tinsel on?

I don’t have a great track record with my DIY costumes so I want to get it right!

If you don't want to wear it afterwards... Hot glue. If you do stitch them on.

I’m thinking hot glue, with maybe a dab of super glue as well just to really stick it all down
