Hello fellow bargain hunters!

Black Friday is just over a week away (its official date is the 28 November) and most retailers have already started slashing prices. Today Amazon has launched their Black Friday sale and the deals are coming in thick and fast.

We thought we’d set up this thread so we can share the best savings our expert deal hunters find - and we’d love for you to share your biggest discounts and best buys here too.

Whether you’re ticking off your Christmas list, shopping for home essentials or looking to treat yourself, we’ve got you covered.

MNHQ get early access to Black Friday deals from a whole heap of retailers, and we’ve been busy cross-referencing the best deals with products Mumsnetters recommend most highly - from air fryers to buggies, and robot vacuum cleaners to this year’s most-pined for Christmas toys - so we can bring you the best deals (and leave out the rest). We’ll be updating this thread all week with the latest savings as they happen.

We’re also comparing prices on camelcamelcamel where possible, to ensure the offers are authentic and as good as they seem.

We know not everyone loves Black Friday, but if you’re looking to pick up a bargain during the biggest sale event of the year, you’re in the right place.
If there’s something specific you’re shopping for, post your requests here and our dedicated team of bargain-hunters will be on the case.

💸 Huge saving on household favourites

💸 Top deals on ways to fight the cold

💸 Beauty deals live now

💸 Christmas gift inspiration

Happy shopping,

MNHQ 💐

Hi everyone! Here to share some more deals we've spied this morning.

These are from a brand I personally use:

Shark's CryoGlow LED face mask (which I rated 5* in my review) is reduced from £299 to £264 👀

And finally, a deal I've snapped up myself today: Ninja Foodi StaySharp Knife Block, was £180, now £130

Don't forget if you're on the hunt for anything, do let us know and we'll look at what's available for you and share them here 🕵

I've NO idea what to get my DF for Christmas this year - he's hard to buy for, retired, taken up walking football. Any deals or suitable gift ideas?

Hey @themumformerlyknownas thanks for posting!
Tricky one... Leaning into the walking football hobby, these are a few things which spring to mind that might come in handy:

Or if you want to go more down the comfort/relaxation route, here are a few deals on these sort of gifts:

Some more ideas:

Or you could go down the experience gift route... (that's what I tend to do when I'm not sure!) You can find Black Friday discounts at the following:

Hope some/any of the above has been helpful Flowers

Good afternoon bargain hunters 😁

I've been knee deep in all things laundry this month, so I thought I'd share the cream of the Black Friday crop.

Miele make the BEST washing machines around, and this one has a whopping £400 off right now at John Lewis: Miele WWG880WCS 9kg Washing Machine, was £1,399, now £999

Makers of the greatest heated airers around, Lakeland have 50% off this epic Dry:Soon Tri:Mode 3-Tier Heated Hub (AKA double-fronted heated airer with a cover) - was £350, now £175

Mumsnet's best steam iron, the Russell Hobbs Powersteam Ultra is down to just £30

... or if you're looking to upgrade to a steam generator iron (and cut your ironing time in half), the Philips PerfectCare Compact is the cheapest it's ever been - £90, down from £200

Lastly, laundry basket of dreams the Joseph Joseph Tota is 36% off the triple and a massive 44% off the double

Have you seen any good bargains on free standing, full size dishwashers? Would ideally like an A rating for energy efficiency. Not fussed on colour. And preferably with collection/recycling of our old one. I'm overwhelmed with options and costings. I also have NHS/Blue Light Card and student discount if anything stacks. Thanks in advance Bargain Hunters!

@whatk8ydid as luck would have it, we have a page dedicated to Black Friday dishwasher deals. Here are three I picked out from the sales that fit your wish list:

Best deal 💫£200 off LG TrueSteam DF587HMS Full-Size WiFi-enabled Dishwasher - A-rated for energy (and the best for energy savings according to Currys) was £899, now £699 and Currys do a Blue Light Card discount (although I'm not 100% whether they'll allow you to use it on sale items)

Hisense HS663A90WUK Full Size Dishwasher - this one's a more affordable price, but it's still A-rated and AO offer a Blue Light Card discount (although again it's not quite clear if you can stack the discounts) was £529, now £399

... and lastly one in the middle, price-wise: KENWOOD KDW16T23 Full-size Dishwasher, A-rated for energy - was £599, now £479 at Currys

Both AO and Currys offer collection and recycling of your old appliance for a small extra fee

PollyMumsnet · 21/11/2025 17:25

You can still grab a last-minute beauty advent calendar - these ones are marked down for Black Friday (and selling fast):

Best deal 💫40% off Jurlique 2025 24-Day Advent Calendar, was £110, now £66

54% off L'Oréal Paris 2025 12-Day Festive Beauty Advent Calendar, was £108, now £50

25% off L'OCCITANE 24-Day Beauty Advent Calendar, was £87, now £65

£46 off Macmillan 24 Doors Of Joy Beauty Advent Calendar, was £90, now £46

25% off Sephora Collection Premium Advent Calendar - worth £236! Was £90, now £67

Brightbluesomething · 21/11/2025 18:21

Any idea where to get the best iPad deals? I’ve already googled but not finding many. Doesn’t have to be the latest one, WiFi only is fine, it’s for a teenager. Thanks.

SunnyKoala · 21/11/2025 18:37

Looking for a quality (but not massively expensive) electric guitar for an intermediate player...

Dontpokethebearnow · 21/11/2025 20:10

Thank you for the time and effort your putting posting deals!

Any good laptop deals? Ideally a MacBook but a high spec alternative brand would also work! For a gaming older teen.

whatk8ydid · 21/11/2025 20:17

@PollyMumsnet you absolute delight - thank you so much!

Annual subscription to a magazine. He gets a monthly treat.

Octaviathethird · 22/11/2025 01:24

I'm trying to get the disney stitch ultimate interactive toy for my daughter but the cheapest I can find it is £69.99 which is beyond my budget. If anyone can find it any cheaper I would be forever in your debt! I got the shark glossi for £125.99, it's already discounted to £139.99 for black Friday but I didn't want to pay that much so I created an account and left it in my basket and within 24 hours they had emailed me an additional 10% off! https://sharkclean.co.uk/product/shark-glossi-2-in-1-hot-tool-and-air-glosser-raspberry-zidHT302UKBP
Royal Doulton also send you a discount code if you leave something in your basket but it takes them nearly a week so you have to be patient!

Cageauxfolles · 22/11/2025 07:44

Weighted blanket please

BillyNoProblems · 22/11/2025 07:44

I'm on the lookout for a clothes steamer. Any deal recommendations would be highly appreciated!

Beautifulsunflowers · 22/11/2025 08:40

Also looking for an iPad - best deals gratefully received 🥰

@PollyMumsnet you absolute delight - thank you so much!

Have a look at https://www.elekdirect.co.uk/product-category/all-dishwashers/full-size-dishwashers/?post_type=product&woocommerce-login-nonce=&_wpnonce=&woocommerce-reset-password-nonce=
this is the AO retuned products site, we just bought a new washing machine which was reduced by 25% as it had a scratch in the side. It’s a new item, never used. They show you images of any damage so you can see if it’s an issue. We bought an American fridge freezer 8 years ago from there that had a small dint at the very bottom and got is at half price! It’s always worth a look especially if you’re not set on a specific model.

bungobungobungo · 22/11/2025 13:17

@Brightbluesomething@Beautifulsunflowers. Don’t know about the best deal but I bought one a few days ago from John Lewis for £299.00, A16 2025 11”. The reason I bought from John Lewis is they include a 2 years guarantee from purchase date, and I wanted to collect from Waitrose as our address can be hard to find. Haven’t seen any cheaper so far.
