Is there an app to help with stress

My stress levels are through the roof atm and I wondered if there’s any app or such like that does grounding techniques, plays music or whatever and is generally easy to use if you need 2 minutes to focus on your breathing or something.

i know i could just use Google but there’s so many apps out there evidently im too stressed to do my own research 😭

Insight Timer has some useful and grounding breathing exercises on it as well as some longer meditations if you want them. I use it quite frequently in times of stress.

Phone Samaritans. They are not there solely for those who feel suicidal. I can’t overstate how stressed I have been the past 11 months. A renovation that has gone horribly wrong leaving us presently with half the kitchen roof missing. We are exposed to the elements and freezing cold. We have been screwed over by two builders and are having to take one to court. And are now appointing a third to sort all the defects the other two created and put a roof on. Downstairs has been uninhabitable since January so we’ve been living in one bedroom for almost a year now. I’ve been looking for a new job, managing my MIL’s house sale, and helping my DP with anxiety. I’ve lost both parents, miscarried twins, and been through redundancy and I can firmly say those traumas were nowhere near the stress I feel this year. I have high blood pressure, wake every morning with tension headaches, my jaw aches from clenching in the night, and my shoulders are hunched with tightness. I either cry or snap at DP. Textbook acute stress and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I decided to phone Samaritans twice this week as things reached breaking point and they were incredible. They grounded me, calmed me, and I felt so much better afterwards. They actively encourage people who feel overwhelmed or stressed to call. Give them a try please. I really hope this helps.

There are so many good YouTube videos too, for me if I'm ever feeling anxious or need to drift off fast this Dr Saul video has helped me massively
