Someone else's DBS certificate sent to my address

I've been in my property for over a year and know the previous owner who lived here from 2018.

I'm bleary eyed and tired and opened a letter that was on the doorstep. It's a DBS certificate with a name I've never seen before.

Obviously there's a chance it's an occupant from long ago but I didn't think DBS certificates lasted that long?

I've taped up and written opened in error / not known at this address but AIBU to be a little freaked out? Is someone using my address?

Report this immediately and ring through and make sure it’s returned. We’ve had a few things at our address. It’s definitely worth following up.
