My hair has been falling out/thinning since having my children (youngest is 4) but it’s really starting to get to me now.
I wash it every 2-3 days and seem to lose loads, and it’s feeling very thin now. Noticeable difference from photos a few years ago.
Has anyone taken a supplements or anything that they feel has helped with this? I’m only 36, and trying to have a bit of a personal appearance overhaul and this is really affecting my confidence.
