Struggling as a mother with 2 daughters

Hi
I have been on my own with 2 daughters for over 8 years, they are 19 and 22, They don't respect me and walk all over me, I need help round the house but they treat it like a hotel.
I have tried to discuss the issues with them but nothing changes,

The youngest is very dominant and I give in for a quiet life.
Are there any other parents in a similar situation who I can chat to .

They are old enough to move out. My dd was impossible from age 12 to 14. When she 18 she asked if I would have the same patience with her and obviously I wouldn't as she could earn her own living

Do they study, work?
If that's how they are treating you I would show them how adult life looks like.
Don't tolerate disrespect from another adult in your own home.
