Hello has anyone on here not attended family court? If so how did it go? I am struggling with the constant to and from court. Struggling both mentally and financially to attend. I have always submitted position statements and told the court I won't attend but there is a final hearing due and I honestly feel I can't face it but I am worried if I don't go what will happen. Anyone been in this situation and can give me and help ot advice? Thank you.
