Please share your rice cooker recipes.

Hi, can you please tell me what you cook in your rice cookers?

I have only ever used mine for making plain rice. I love it for that but is there anything more exciting I can do in it?
It's just a basic one from Aldi, nothing fancy.

Fishy Rice
We used this to feed the teenage kids when they got home from school (prevented them eating unhealthy snacks).
1 setup the rice cooker as normal (washed rice, water, and a little salt).
2 add cubed some smoked cod or haddock, frozen peas, and maybe some frozen prawns.
3 set to cook as normal
4 enjoy!

PS we only use white basmati rice, it tastes much better than American long grain.

once made a Christmas pudding in mine, in another life, on another continent. Heard few months later though that no one really liked my party , because there wasn’t any rice… so maybe stick to rice-based things!
