40th birthday gift £30 budget

Friends birthday coming up, her 40th. Would love to buy her something special but budget is tight. £30 maximum. Any ideas? Shes a girly girl, quite trendy, doesn't have any niche hobbies or anything like that.

Bobbi brown lip balm is currently under £25 from £33 (direct or JL). Luxurious and a nice gift in the Bobbi brown bag.

I’m not very creative, so a bottle of reasonable champagne, whichever supermarket own label champagne you can find good reviews for.

Does she have a garden? I’m about to buy a David Austin bare root rose which would be in budget.
