I’ve noticed several small, round and fairly flat marks on my upper inner arms and thighs. All different sizes, ranging from 1-5mm. They appear to be on rather than under the skin. They are most visible in bright daylight. It’s hard to get a clear photo as they are skin coloured, maybe slightly lighter. Has anyone seen these before? TIA
