Looking for winter sun with baby, any advice?

Looking to get some winter sun in late December or early January. Flight from uk, baby is 6 months old. Any recommendations?

Canaries, we've had fabulous holidays in Gran Canaria and Tenerife in March and October for multiple years. 4 hour flight, all inclusive buffet was great for the early days of weaning and the weather has been lovely. Warm, sunbathing but not boiling and easy to keep baby cool and in the shade.
