Hateful disturbing dreams

My husband died over 10 years ago
last night I dreamt that he faked his death and purposely ignored ds for the last 10 years. He was heartbroken but wanted to see his dad

I dream this a lot and always wake up hating him
why? Its awful

It's just a brain fart. I woke up this morning hearing someone in an echoey room calling me an effin c. That was a first for that level of bad language but I dream all sorts of strangeness. I'm shaken up for the first few minutes of wakefulness and then I just dismiss it.

I would guess that you are mulling over the anniversary and what the loss has taken from your son. It is upsetting when dreams bring people back to us but get them wrong. Can you talk about your husband with your son and reminisce about happy memories?
