Pill Propaganda? should I be this concerned?

I've found myself searching reviews online about about the contraceptive pill and there are hardly any positive reviews - people saying its changed their personality, made them put on so much weight, blood clots. There are also so many types if you go to the GP, do you get a say?

Can anyone give any positive stories please?

Ps. I know this should probably go in contraceptive chat, but its very quiet there.

People will only ever bother to tell the bad stuff nobody who is happy with something will randomly think i know il post a review of how great the pill is. Have you ever gone online and written your experience of paracetamol

I’m on the combined pill and love it. The first month was an adjustment with bleeding every day (very light, but still annoying), and now I don’t have a period. I’ve been on it for about 5 months. My PMS symptoms have also gone, and that’s a big one for me because my moods were awful in the week running up to my period.

Which brand are you taking if you dont mind me asking?

I think it may take a bit of searching to find one that suits you best. I was on Cilest for years without any issues. Unfortunately production of it ceased and I was put on a few different ones since. I've found one similar to Cilest , Cilique. But ive ordered it online as the doctor tries to give a similar cheaper version which doesn't agree with me.
