Menopause and face ache?? Wtf is this now?

Im struggling with low mood, horrible aching, no energy and painful feet!! Now started with awful jaw/face pain. I thought it was toothache but its more like jaw and face ache. It comes and goes and is on both sides of face..one side for one day then the other side for another day.
Google has suggested it might be yet another symptom of menopause!!

Anyone had this?

I am on hrt gel which was helping but feels like its suddenly stopped working? Anyone had this? Im on 4 pumps so don't think I can up it anymore?

Are you sure you’re not grinding your teeth? I have this and that’s what it turned out to be. Use mouth guards at night.

Oh, I'm getting this at the moment, but I think it is because of stress and holding everything tense all the time. From the way you describe it I take it you're not getting shooting pains, which is more likely trigeminal neuralgia?

No its not shooting pains..its just general ache . Maybe I need to get some mouth guards . Ill have a look at some
