Ticketek uk - still waiting for tickets

Apologies, posting for traffic. I bought tickets back in March for Five at the Ovo hydro Glasgow on Sunday 16 November. The app says mobile tickets will be delivered at least 1 week before (which is today) but also says it might be 24-48 hours before. I’m used to using ticketmaster and getting them right away.

I get angsty about these things, anyone have any experience of this company?

Just checked and I don't have mine for a gig on Friday 14th yet!

Oh no 😟 that’s annoying. I’ve looked on trust pilot and the reviews are mixed. I’ve sent a form on their website asking when I’ll get the tickets but they don’t open till 9am tomorrow. I wish I’d used ticketmaster, just don’t trust them.

I don't not trust them (yet), but would quite like to have the tickets!

Apparently mine will appear on the o2 app

I got my tickets today for a concert on Friday.

Thanks for the update, glad you got them. I emailed them and the tickets got sent to the app the following day so all good.
