Should I buy something for my district nurses?

They come everyday to do my wound dressings. I’m pretty much housebound due to the side effects of cancer. Who ever said it’s not the cancer that kills you it’s all the other rubbish that comes with it is right. I would say there’s five of them I see more regularily and with December coming I wondered if I should buy them something small. They are mixed age group, sex and ethnicity. Some drive others don’t. I’m a nurse myself and on the ward we get hundreds of gifts at Xmas. Any thoughts or ideas?

I’m a nurse.
Gifts are appreciated. Food always goes down well - chocolate and sweets but also fruit! But do you know what nurses really love? Pens. Black pens. Personally I prefer a clicky top 😃 Also a letter/card about their care for revalidation purposes is nice. We can anonymise them but it’s really lovely to have written feedback.

Christmas cards then. As long as I remember their names.
