Toni box but just for music?

Looking for something for a one year old that just plays music? He likes music but I don’t think I want it to do the whole story thing as still enjoy finding the time for that. Just something to play music? He likes pop and rock as well as classical so not sure there is something out there!

Have a look at Yoto.

It’s easy to make your own cards from music files that already exist (eg a rip of a 90s pop party CD), and that’s very very low cost.

It also has ‘radio’ that’s music, and various podcasts. All included. I think you can make yourself a yoto account and use the app without having bought a player. Worth a try as it’s a good way to get an idea of what can do.

I’d suggest the travel size unless you’re desperate for a nightlight as well. It’s lighter for wee ones to carry around. Volume wise on max it did a fine mini disco in a euro camp caravan.
