My friends just had a birthday so I bought her an Amazon voucher from the supermarket so that they can buy themselves some Kindle books, their favourite thing. When they opened it the claim number had been glued on and completely ripped off, we could only make at the first and last few letters.
We have been in touch with Amazon customer service and sent them a picture of it. They've said that they'll email friend within 24 hours but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them and what the outcome was?
I've told friend that if Amazon refuse to honour it then I'll obviously buy her a new one but it's money I could really do without having to pay out twice 🙏.
