Argh, it's dds birthday next week and I've just received an email to say that the presents I ordered a few weeks ago won't arrive for ages. I've spent around £300 and now they won't be here in time.
I don't have much spare for more presents, I can buy a few things from Amazon. Unfortunately she's a fussy sod so can't just get something from town.
She does understand but I feel terrible.
What can I do to make the day feel special? She's 16.

She is 16 OP and not six. Honestly do a wee hamper up with bits from home bargains or B&M put pictures in envelopes of what is coming. Apologise and she will be fine. Lucky kid to get so much. If she kicks up a fuss return it all!

My Son is 16 next week too - I've ordered a personalised Funko Pop for him as a surprise (amongst other things he is hoping for).
I think they can be turned around quite quickly?

I've ordered clothes from Japan. I paid ££ for 1-2 week shipping so it should have been here early next week. It's v annoying as I've ordered from the site before and the stuff arrived within a week. I've contacted them and they may be able to deliver in jan/Feb but it's not a pre-order so annoyed.
Can't do HB or primark etc As she only likes vv specific vv niche clothes.
Ordered a cake and we'll get a takeaway.
