Daughter hair thinning

My Dd has always had beautiful long thick hair, however lately it's become very thin, we very rarely use heat on it, just the Dyson once a week to dry it and we always use heat protection.
She is 13 so I'm wondering if it's to do with puberty or hormones?
Anyone elses children or pre teens experienced this, and is there anything we can do for it??

Could be low iron?

Rosemary oil I have found to be very goid

I’d get bloods done. Could be low iron, thyroid, dry scalp and roots falling out with flakes of skin (Ive got that)etc.

Oh I hadn't even thought it could be to do with her iron levels, but I shall definitely get that looked into, she has had very dry flaky scalp for about a year which we've used a medicated shampoo on it. But again I just put it all down to hormones, but maybe theres something more serious behind it x
