How many eggs

Do you use for scrambled eggs per person? 8 year old DS just had 4 with toast which feels like a lot and claimed to still be starving

Light hearted. Just out of interest. I'm not depriving my child of eggs or food I promise

I think 2 medium per person, my husband thinks it should be 3. We use 5 if scrambling for us both.

Wild! I assumed everyone only ever ate 2 eggs at a time. DH wants more, so if I scramble for the two of us I'll do 5 in total. This has been eye-opening, perhaps I shouldn't be so cagey about the eggs...

2, or 3 with loads of toast for a physically working man

80 calories per egg -169
80 calories per slice of bread - 160
anithe 80 from the butter

400 calories for 2 eggs on toast - a reasonable lunch or breakfast with another 100 for fruit pudding

Edit - medium / large eggs not small
