A couple of days ago I noticed my fridge wasn't cold - I turned the temperature dial up but nothing has changed. It's definitely not cold at all.
I also noticed some ice lollies on top shelf of freezer had gone soft though when I moved them to a different shelf they firmed up again. Today they have returned to soggy! Ice cubes are still frozen though, as are other items.
Can anyone shed any light on what's happening here?? I'm so confused.
The door hasn't been left open, the seal appears intact. The light is coming on when door opened and there's still that buzzing sound that comes from the appliance that indicates it's working
It's a Beko CFG1552W or CFG1552S or CFG1552B (manual lists all of them!)
