Mince ideas for a fussy eater?

I rarely cook, am lazy and live off microwave baked potatoes and macaroni cheese. I’ve just taken a pack of mince out of the freezer and I’m really craving it!

I’m fussy. I don’t like mash or cooked carrots, brocolli, or a lot of things. so I’m looking for a fuss-free ways to cook mince that doesn’t involve weird veggies

Any suggestions would be amazing!

Bolognese, lasagne, burgers?

Grow up and learn to eat ‘weird veggies’?

Blend them up and hide them in sauce if you have to. M&S do a good tomato based ‘everything’ sauce that you can use on pastas etc - lots of hidden carrots, celery etc in it. You’re probably craving mince due to malnutrition (low iron & B12)
