For those seeking to reduce UPF intake, what have you cooked this week?

I’m just competing my meal prep for the week ahead. So far I’ve made

apple compote to go in Greek yoghurt
granola to go with the yoghurt & apple
a loaf of brown bread
a tomato and pepper soup
When I get back from a walk, I’ll prep a pasta sauce (or lasagne, I’m unsure yet)

Nothing yet this week but I'll be following with interest..

I try to not use packet sauces so make pasta sauce or pizza base in batches and freeze. Once a week or fortnight I do noodles and stir fry and use some oil, soya, grated ginger and honey to make a lovely sauce. I usually cut ginger into chunks when it's bought and freeze so I use one chunk at a time.
