Does anyone know if Joseph Joseph are going bust? I have an order in with them which has been part delivered and nothing on the rest. There is no response from their customer service email or web link and no phone number to call. A quick look at Trustpilot suggests that I am one of crowd and a lot of people are waiting on deliveries or order queries.
Annoyingly my credit card won’t do a chargeback because I have received part of the order. Unfortunately I have received a roll of big bags, but not the bin.
