Has anyone got a good recipe for small batch cinnamon rolls or alternatively a recipe that can be easily reduced? I just got a swanky new stand mixer and I've been dying to try making these but most recipes online Use US cups or fare or a massive batch, there's just me and DP so I only want to make 4 rolls.

We make a batch of a dozen, part-bake for 10 minutes, cool and freeze. You can then defrost and finish for 10 minutes whenever.

@StrangewaysHereWeCome Thanks I just wanted to try a small batch for my first go but this is a great idea although I am not sure how long I could hold off on eating them if they were just there hanging out in the freezer!

A dozen would be a lot to get through on your own in a day though? I think even I would struggle with they amount Grin

Perhaps not a day but I could certainly get through them in short order!
