Best recent food discoveries

What is your best recent food discovery?
Mine is Magnum minis intense coffee. Omg, delish.
And gochujang paste, I seem to be sticking it in nearly everything savoury at the moment

Tahini sauce. The Med cusine organic version. I put it on everything- toast instead of peanut butter / in cereal with bananas and apples / coat stir fried noodles with it. It's amazing.

Today i discovered the Aldi range plant vegan meatballs. Made spagetti meatballs for dinner but the DCs did not realise they were vegan until they clued in that their dad was eating the same dish.

I love tahini, it's such an underrated ingredient
