Virgin Media and o2 are now one and the same

I hadn't clocked this. I switched from VM to BT internet last year as I was sick of the rude, aggressive staff in the South African call centre. They literally interrupt and argue with you.

Sadly o2 are now run from the same call centres I found out today. o2 used to be BT Cellnet back in the good old days!

John Lewis apparently also use South African call centres. :-(

Yes we have vm Internet and tv and had real trouble trying to not get the 02 sim they keep flogging. And they call every 5 minutes to get us to upgrade.
