@Nickyknackered , it's a posh supermarket, think M&S with a healthy touch of Fortnam and Mason.
It is only based in the North West of England though.
My local one made the best hot roast beef and wholegrain mustard butties and had a huge range of very nice cheeses

I am so jealous. I buy one of their bags every time we're in the lakes and use them to go to Aldi. I have about 6 different versions.
