Is there anywhere (resort name/hotel) you have holidayed that has been good enough for you to happily return again, maybe more than once?
(Shamelessly looking for inspiration for next year!)

Turkey, Greece and Italy, not a specific hotel but I’ve returned to each country over 10 times.

Sani Beach Hotel in Northern Greece. Been going on and off for about 22 years. I have been on my own three times too.

Coral Bay, Cyprus, again in a private villa.
This year we went to a lovely new villa on Kefalonia (north of the island near Fiskardo) and have already booked it again for the same time next year.

I thought going to the same place was bad enough!
If you get the right location the hotel matters less surely?

Butlins Bognor Regis, kids love it so much it's an easy break
Agadir, Riu Tikka Palace hotel. Good value and convenient for winter sun.

I don’t understand what you are saying.

What’s bad about going to the same place repeatedly? We’ve done this in the West Country, 7 or 8 years at the same cottage in the same village. It’s lovely, restful, we know where most things are (eg when to get to a particular beach to get a good parking spot) but there’s always something new to discover each time. DD has really great memories of it and asks to go again.

And not the same place but have been to several Valamar hotels in Croatia which are really good.

I would happily do a week on a boat on the norfolk broads every year.

We've been to the Shandrani in Mauritius twice and I think I'd go back a third time!

Thanks all, I'm going to go through all of these and do some serious research.

We love Kefalonia too.
We went last year for the 2nd time to a villa that is advertised with 'Ionian & Aegean holidays' it was very near Fiskardo and called 'Villa Spiros'. We liked the fact that flights, villa and car hire were all included. It was the loveliest villa we've stayed in...

We’ve done Aliathon 6 times when the kids were younger. I regret not trying Rhodes, they are adults now so holiday village is long gone!

I’ve never stayed in the new block. The Aegean swim ups were our favourite and we had one every time from our second visit, our friend had a new one and the room was lovely though. Tbh I’d stay in any room there, especially now on a rainy day in the UK!
