What is this rash? Could it be an allergy?

I get a rash like this on and off but it’s particularly bad right now. I’m just wondering, it seems to happen more so this time of year, could it be an allergy rash? I wondered if it might be a nickel allergy from my zip on my gilet?

Take an antihistamine and see if it helps,I'd put some hydrocortisone cream on it too.

Looks like an allergic reaction.... If it was hot I'd say heat rash...but can't be that. As the above post suggested take antihistamine and use a hydrocortisone cream...if you don't have that the some lotion to cool it. Hope it goes away soon.
