Decks/noise maker/voice changer for autistic ds

Ds8 likes to make weird noises. He likes it even more if he can record those noises and make them even weirder.

He has one of those cactus toys that repeat what they hear back to you but I know he would love something he could make a weird noise at and then press some buttons to change the sound. I don't even know what I'm asking for really, but if something exists that records your voice and he could then loop it and change the sound he would be the happiest boy in the world. It can't be too complicated although he is pretty good with tech.

I think what you want is a karaoke microphones. You can hook them up via Bluetooth for songs but you can also use them alone and record/ play/ change your voice/ add special effects and applause. We had something with two microphones (twins). This looks similar with 1 though.
