Friend has noticed that what appears to be a draft of a letter about her has suddenly appeared in her I pad documents folder.
It's written by a professional and clearly intended for receipt by her GP.
Is this caused by the professional opening his folder on my friend , preparing a draft and somehow accidently sharing it with my friend?
