Trying to widen my exercise at home regime and keep being marketed vibration plates on SM! Are they any good or just a gimmick!?

Thanks wise ones!

Just a gimmick I'm afraid. If they were any good then athletes, fitness coaches or just regular gym girls would all be using them everyday. Save your money for something that is proven to work like dumbells, a kettlebell or some kind of cardio machine.

I use the one at the gym, I did google and its good for your bones. So I use it after a class or gym session.

That’s interesting, hadn’t considered about bone health.
