Please recommend somewhere nice for me to take 13 year old daughter for a night

She point blank refused a holiday in October half term because she doesn’t want to miss Halloween with her friends like last year, but I like to take her somewhere in the uk for a night, I’ve found a spa hotel in wales where kids can use the pool and we could have a nice evening meal but I’m looking for other ideas? She’s a very old headed 13

could you do 2 nights and still be home for Halloween?

Sorry should have said I’m in Cheshire, she’s never been to the theatre but I think she would like it - I will look into it! We could do two nights - she doesn’t really have any hobbies she is just hair and make up obsessed
