I am currently exploring a mid-life career change and would appreciate some advice. My background is in the healthcare management, but I am very open to opportunities within other sectors. I am actively researching potential roles, but I wanted to reach out here for further guidance and recommendations on possible career paths.
As far as I can tell, some of my transferrable skills are:
Relationship management (taking a flexible approach), Benefit/outcome-focussed programme management, diplomatic leadership, strategic thinking, public speaking, working within financial constraints and engaging others.
