Thank you Christmas gift? For DSL

The DSL at my child’s school has been such a beacon of support this past year, I’d like to get her something to say thank you, and I was thinking maybe a Christmas gift would fit nicely.

Any idea’s what is appropriate?
Thank you

A handwritten card goes a very long way.

Definitely a handwritten card, as @Wherethewildthings says.

Maybe a very token present so’s not to embarrass her. My DiL used to be a school worker and was always very chuffed to receive a smallish box of chocolates.

When my DC was in Year 5 I asked her what she would like to give her teacher for end of year gift and she said nice hand cream because teacher did not have soft hands. Teacher told me it was a very thoughtful gift.

A handwritten card and a generic voucher e.g. from Marks so they can buy wine/chocolate/ready meal/slippers as they choose?

a voucher for a coffee shop so that coffee and cake can be bought.
