Games for adults - to fit in a suitcase!

I’m a total games novice but we had an amazing game of Cards against Humanity a few months ago.
Adult DC and partners (24-31) are with us on holiday in a couple of weeks and I’d like to take a couple of games with us in case the weather is rotten.
We’ve not got much luggage space as flying so needs to be fairly small.
Any suggestions?

‘F**ck the game’ (card game) sounds crass but when people have had a drink it’s snorting wet-your-pants funny.

A bit more wholesome than cards against humanity, but:

Monopoly Deal
Dobble
Love Letter

Exploding Kittens is good.

Herd Mentality is really funny. I wasn't too sure when we started the game, but we played with a mixed bunch from a 14 year old to an 80 year old (MIL) and it was hilarious. MIL is a bit of a sour-faced, fun-sponge but when she was reading one of the questions out she started smiling and then laughing until she could barely breath. It was so wonderful to see and gave a real and lovely insight to what she might be like if she let her defences down just occasionally.

Ransom Notes, I’d spotted on FB but couldn’t remember what it was called! Thanks, that’s the kind of thing that’ll appeal to our sense of humour 😂

Very low tech but had my lot in stitches over lockdown . Kazoo that tune.

Perudo is fun and quite small - you could just find the rules and get enough dice, not bothering with the cups.

A standard pack of cards, so many games!

Every single one of these threads comes up with a recommendation for ‘exploding kittens’ but please be cautious, when we sat down and played one round with our teenage kids they looked at us with ‘wtf?’ faces because it was so boring. (And we are a board games playing family). It went straight in the donation pile.

Aw what a lovely story, I can but hope it would work the same way for us!

Uno is quite fun and packable. There are a few different versions. I just bought a new uno pack from home bargains for £4 which is less than Amazon.

The Resistance or Coup (not both)

My DD said the same thing actually. Tbh Cards Against Humanity is a hard act to follow as some of were a bit sloshed and taking it very seriously which meant it was even more hilarious.

Scrawl is our favourite atm - it’s like cards against humanity meets Pictionary. I’m sure you could ditch the box and reduce the contents for your suitcase.

Travel Rummikub

Taco cat goat cheese pizza, lots of fun! Also the burrito game (throw burrito or something like that)
