My eldest has been in hospital for a week & will hopefully have a few days at home next week until she has to go back in (possibly for quite a while, it’s looking serious).
I’ve been with her in hospital, plus DH alot of the time, and we have 2 younger children (pre teen and teen). DH or I might not be physically around much for them going forward. We’re hoping my MIL will come and stay to help.
What can I do in those days when I’m back home next week, to get the house etc ready for when I’m not around.
All I can think of a doing a big shop and stocking up with food. What else could I do to make things easier for my DC and MIL.
Please can you help me with practicalities. I’m exhausted and can’t think straight.
