Roughly How much will flooring cost council house

i want to have a rough idea of how much it will cost before asking a local shop incase it’s completely unaffordable.
I want Lino for a small bedroom, small hallway and small bathroom. Other rooms already have a floor. I don’t have the measurements but it’s a council house so everything’s small. I also want underlay.
I am not fussed about having the best just want something that will work and be fine.

It’s a ‘how long is a piece of string’ question. There are different thicknesses of underlay and then you’ll have fitting costs on top of that. Re the Lino, if it’s really that small, it might be cheaper to buy off cuts from a carpet shop and liner from B&Q and fit it yourself.

I’d definitely try one of the independent shops rather than a big chain.
